Responsibilities
Prioritize the needs of the owner’s properties over other listed responsibilities.
Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, cutting or splitting trees, spraying yards, fences, and pests, and removing debris.
Remove garbage and waste from needed properties and take it to DCU main.
Maintain and service all Low Places equipment and tools, and report when they are defective or need repairs or service.
Fill fish and deer feeders and maintain adequate feed inventory.
Assist the Maintenance crew with special projects and work in DCU production when weather prevents outdoor work and no equipment servicing is needed.
Maintain all well houses during cold months.

Job Summary:
To be responsible for the care and maintenance of outdoor spaces, such as yards, campuses, and all DCU properties and or any properties that are maintained by DCU to ensure that these areas remain visually appealing, safe, and functional.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Pay special attention to the needs of the owner’s properties as these properties’ needs will supersede the needs of any other responsibilities that are listed below.
