WorkBoard launches AI-native strategic portfolio management solution with Portfolio Analyst agents

WorkBoard has launched an AI-native Strategic Portfolio Management solution and Portfolio Analyst Agent, extending its enterprise strategy execution platform. The system enables users to manage strategic portfolios through conversational AI, eliminating traditional learning curves. The solution addresses limitations of legacy SPM systems built in the early 2000s for project tracking, which struggle with continuous change and delivering strategic outcomes. WorkBoard's offering integrates with its OKR solution and connects with Workday, Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack and Teams. The Portfolio Analyst Agent enables onboarding in one day rather than weeks or months. The platform uses an Enterprise Knowledge Graph and agentic foundation to ensure reliable measurements whilst following appropriate permissions and restrictions. The SPM solution will be available in July. WorkBoard's clients include 3M, Boeing, Capital One, Ford and Mercedes Benz.
