  • Automate high-volume Corporate Services processes end to end, from intake and data capture through approvals, exceptions, and downstream systems, retiring manual work and freeing teams to focus on higher-value judgment.

  • Partner with users in their environment to ensure shipped solutions are adopted and meet their actual needs.
  • Write production-quality code and apply engineering practices including code review, testing, deployment hygiene, monitoring, and incremental hardening of high-stakes systems.

  • Stay current on AI tools, models, and techniques, and bring promising options to the manager and team for evaluation.

The company announced a five-year management reform plan in May 2026, aiming to concentrate resources on core businesses and key growth areas. Nidec Components, established in 1967 as Copal Electronics, became a wholly owned subsidiary in 2014. The company manufactures pressure sensors, switches, torque sensors, and encoders for industrial equipment markets, holding a top global share in the polygon mirror market. Nidec concluded that transferring the subsidiary to Carlyle would enhance corporate value whilst allowing Nidec to focus resources on priority growth areas.
