Requirements
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery is required.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures is required.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics is required.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks is required.
  • Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50 pounds or more is required.

  • Ability to read a tape measure and prints is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators while ensuring compliance with safety standards and production goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assign tasks based on skill sets and project requirements, balancing workload among team members.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other departments to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or resources to prevent delays.
  • Oversee the setup and operation of fabricating machines.
  • Ensure that all products meet dimensional and quality requirements according to blueprints and schematics.
  • Review and approve final inspections before delivery.
  • Identify and resolve fabrication issues to minimize downtime and waste.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and team performance.
  • Report key performance indicators, including productivity and material usage.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

It offers turnkey services from design and engineering through manufacturing and field support, with in-house engineering, fabrication, and testing to control timelines and quality.
