Basic maintenance and equipment-operation knowledge is required.
Reliability and attention to detail are required.
The ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities is required.
The ability to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed is required.
The ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, bend or stoop, and perform indoor and outdoor work is required.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, pressure washing, and seasonal groundskeeping.
Safely operate mowers, weed eaters, blowers, edgers, chainsaws, and other maintenance equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and assist with facility projects.
Maintain required maintenance and safety records.
Follow facility policies and applicable safety requirements.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Plant Operations Assistant to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role supports routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, landscaping, safety inspections, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
