  • Knowledge of customer, material, pricing, and credit master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SAP Sales and Distribution troubleshooting steps.
  • Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence copilots, automated documentation tools, and artificial intelligence-assisted testing and analysis tools.
  • Ability to integrate pre-built artificial intelligence capabilities into Sales and Distribution process flows without developing custom large language models or agentic systems.
  • Understanding of responsible artificial intelligence usage and limitations in commercial workflows.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP Sales and Distribution configurations.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution components, including order management, pricing and conditions, delivery and shipment processing, billing and invoicing, credit management, and returns and refunds.
  • Use artificial intelligence copilots to draft functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test-case generation, and accelerate documentation creation.
  • Support end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Integrate Sales and Distribution with Materials Management, Financial Accounting, Production Planning, Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management, and external systems through standard APIs and middleware.
  • Apply artificial intelligence-enabled tools to process analysis, pricing issue diagnosis, change-request impact analysis, test planning and execution, and documentation automation.
  • Incorporate pre-built artificial intelligence features into Sales and Distribution workflows, including automated exception detection, intelligent order classification or prioritization, and summarization of order and delivery issues.
  • Use large-language-model-assisted troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution time.
  • Ensure solutions follow organizational software development lifecycle practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and optimization discussions using artificial intelligence-supported insights.
  • Partner with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end order-to-cash alignment.
  • Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by artificial intelligence-assisted accelerators.
  • Deliver faster, more accurate, and more transparent Sales and Distribution solutions using artificial intelligence-assisted productivity accelerators.
  • Improve order-to-cash efficiency, pricing accuracy, and billing reliability.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and artificial-intelligence-focused teams when deeper artificial intelligence involvement is required.
Desired Qualifications
  • SAP Sales and Distribution certification, preferably in S/4HANA Sales.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori apps for sales orders, billing, and pricing.
  • Exposure to EDI/IDoc integrations, middleware such as CPI or Boomi, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in order-to-cash scenarios.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning mindset and comfort using artificial-intelligence-augmented productivity tools.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.

Accenture soars 20% on upbeat fiscal 2027 forecast, lifting IBM and Cognizant

Accenture shares surged 20% Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issued its fiscal 2027 outlook. Quarterly revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $18.7 billion, whilst GAAP diluted earnings increased 46% to $3.29 per share. New bookings reached $22.2 billion. For fiscal 2027, Accenture projects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, exceeding the 3.9% analyst consensus. The company expects GAAP diluted earnings of $14.39 to $14.81 per share and an operating margin of 15.9% to 16.1%. The positive forecast boosted competitors' shares. Cognizant Technology Solutions climbed 10%, Infosys gained 8%, and IBM rose 5% in morning trading. Accenture generated $2.8 billion in free cash flow during the quarter and returned $11.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
