Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct student recruitment activities through off-campus, on-campus, and virtual events and visits.
  • Conduct outreach to convert prospects to applicants and incomplete applicants to complete applicants.
  • Determine selection criteria under the guidance of the Senior Director or Director and design and implement application review and selection procedures, including interviews and decision communications.
  • Conduct outreach to convert admitted and deposited students to enrolled students.
  • Manage application pools and, with the Senior Director or Director, ensure applicant flow through the enrollment funnel supports stated goals; manage offer targets, waitlists, and melt indicators.
  • Develop strategies for assigned special populations, including athletes, re-entries, and cross-campus transfers.
  • Collaborate extensively with academic and administrative colleagues in the recruitment, selection, and yield of new students.
  • Directly manage assigned employees and support oversight and mentorship of team staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Senior Director or Director.
  • Contribute as a senior Admissions team member to planning, policy and procedure development, quality assurance and effectiveness, and team management.
  • Lead committees related to the portfolio of work.
  • Assign tasks and deadlines and review colleagues' work through committees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
