Requirements
  • 1+ years of Signage, Marketing, Visual Merchandising or similar experience required

Responsibilities
  • Support the development, implementation, and management of the in store signage plan across physical landscapes to ensure that the in-store marketing strategy completes and amplifies the shopping experience for all 5 Wayfair brands
  • Maintain Specialty Retail Brands signage projects
  • Refine timelines with Creative Experiential teams and updating timeliness across all brands in the Visual Operations tracker. Challenge existing work flows with new innovative ideas.
  • Own weekly touchpoints with Visual teams to support signage workflows.
  • Support and facilitate work across signage briefs for physical retail across Wayfair’s Specialty Retails Brands, facilitating projects from conception through final approval and launch.
  • Partner with the Visual Signage Operations Manager to organize assets and set foundational tools across the platform to support store expansion. Ideate and evolve tools as needed.
  • Partner with the Visual Signage Operations Manager to support ad hoc Wayfair and Perigold signage projects.
  • Work closely with the production team to land and evolve specifications, considerations and materiality for all physical signage elements.
  • Socialize in-store signage programs to support the Visual Signage Operations team in building awareness and exposure to cross-functional partners.
  • Support in-store implementation of signage in seasonal floorsets across Platform as needed. Expected to travel 15% of the time, or as needed with quarterly seasonal floorsets or as projects arise.
  • Archive merchandising reports, pictures and other CXF tools to support signage work streams or collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Administrative tasks include archiving files, organizing or updating signage briefs with inputs, and coordinating and owning CXF meetings as needed.
  • Research new opportunities, data, and consumer insights to evolve the approach to in-store signage ensuring it maps to the customer journey, increases consideration, drives conversion, and leverages relevant technology.
