About the job
- An RN license in all states served by the position.
- Certification in Quality, or commitment to obtain certification in Quality.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt, or commitment to obtain at least Yellow Belt certification.
- Knowledge and experience in long-term care.
- Lead the strategic vision for clinical programming and market-driven clinical niche opportunities to meet the clinical needs of nursing center communities within a geographic market.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for the team’s clinical successes and innovation within the market.
- Collaborate with national teams, subject-matter experts, business development, human resources, finance, legal, Market leadership support, and centers to develop strategic plans for process and quality improvement within the market.
- Model, coach, and validate delivery of the center’s standard for care and compassion to ensure internal and external customers consistently receive high-quality service.
- Collaborate with Market and corporate support partners to ensure all centers comply with city, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee follow-up and resolution of findings from Quality Reviews and Plans of Correction arising from annual and complaint surveys.
- Maintain familiarity with, knowledge of, and compliance with clinical operations expectations to maintain and achieve substantial compliance with state and federal requirements and contractual obligations.
- Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility.
