Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably within the industrial sector.
- A proven track record managing complex industrial or large commercial projects valued at $5 million or more.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, industrial safety standards, and National Electrical Code codes.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple large-scale industrial electrical projects simultaneously.
- Oversee preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Manage project teams, including project engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and engineers.
- Resolve project issues and drive decisions that support project goals.
- Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed.
