  • Support proposal and bid schedule development as required.
  • Develop project schedules from Level 1 milestone schedules through Level 4 detailed working schedules, integrating execution strategy and information from internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients, and other project participants.
  • Understand and communicate the relationships among estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, risk management, change management, energy performance, and reporting.
  • Serve as the senior scheduling lead and an active member of project leadership teams, providing objective schedule information for financial, schedule, and execution decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional planning with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Pre-Construction, Finance, subcontractors, clients, and Project Controls personnel to translate project scope and execution strategy into integrated schedules.
  • Lead scheduling setup and mobilization for large or complex projects, including schedule architecture, work breakdown structures, calendars, coding, responsibility assignments, update cadence, and contractual requirements.
  • Review proposals, contracts, execution plans, and commercial requirements, ensuring schedule obligations, milestones, constraints, and deliverables are incorporated.
  • Diagnose schedule challenges, evaluate root causes and downstream impacts, and lead mitigation and recovery actions.
  • Develop, baseline, maintain, update, and analyze network-logic-driven schedules from proposal and Level 1 milestone plans through Level 4 detailed working schedules.
  • Serve as the senior Primavera P6 subject matter expert, responsible for configuration, administration, maintenance, quality assurance, and integrity of project schedules and related data.
  • Develop and integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, subcontractor, client, and turnover schedules.
  • Lead schedule status collection and validation and ensure accurate updates to progress, remaining durations, logic, constraints, milestones, resources, quantities, and forecast completion dates in Primavera P6.
  • Perform critical path, near-critical path, float, variance, milestone, resource, productivity, trend, and schedule health analysis to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Develop look-ahead schedules, narratives, manpower histograms, progress curves, key quantity curves, executive views, and other schedule products needed to manage execution.
  • Lead schedule review and planning meetings and communicate status, key drivers, constraints, decisions, and required actions.
  • Develop and evaluate mitigation, recovery, acceleration, and what-if scenarios and drive action plans through resolution.
  • Lead or provide technical support for schedule risk analysis, time impact analysis, delay analysis, prolongation, acceleration, and claims evaluations using detailed schedule models and contemporaneous records.
  • Ensure schedules meet enterprise, contractual, and project requirements and remain reliable tools for project and executive decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on Primavera P6, scheduling best practices, schedule governance, and enterprise scheduling standards.
  • Integrate schedule logic, progress, resources, quantities, and time-phased information with project cost, cash flow, forecasting, and Estimate-at-Completion processes.
  • Evaluate schedule trends and completion forecasts to identify potential cost, productivity, cash flow, revenue, and margin impacts.
  • Partner with Project Controls, Project Management, Finance, and Operations to align schedule assumptions with project and financial forecasts.
  • Provide schedule-based analysis to support earned value, contingency, scenario planning, and management decisions.
  • Lead identification, assessment, quantification, documentation, and monitoring of schedule risks and opportunities and their cost and execution impacts.
  • Lead or support qualitative and quantitative schedule risk analysis and recommend contingency and risk response decisions.
  • Develop and monitor schedule mitigation, contingency, and recovery strategies and communicate material changes in exposure.
  • Challenge schedule assumptions and promote early identification and active management of risk.
  • Lead the schedule component of change management, ensuring scope changes, trends, claims, and potential impacts are identified, evaluated, documented, and incorporated into schedules.
  • Develop and review time impact analyses, fragnet models, delay analyses, and time-related support for changes, prolongation, acceleration, recovery, and claims.
  • Maintain traceable schedule records, baselines, updates, narratives, and supporting documentation needed to substantiate project positions.
  • Coordinate with commercial and Project Controls stakeholders so approved changes are reflected consistently in cost, schedule, and forecast information.
  • Ensure energy production, savings, commissioning, performance verification, and related contractual milestones are incorporated into project schedules.
  • Partner with technical and project leaders to identify schedule risks or variances affecting energy commitments and lead schedule-related corrective actions.
  • Lead schedule development during proposals, project planning, and startup, including milestone, bid, baseline, and detailed execution schedules.
