Requirements
  • 3+ years strategic Sales or Business Development experience
  • Experience working in the veterinary/animal healthcare space
  • Strong knowledge of DVMs and hospitals (ideally in the Nashville Metro Area)
  • Ability to travel within the Nashville Metro Area
  • Strong business relationship building skills
  • Ability to utilize CRM tool to track user acquisition progress
  • Experience managing a team
  • Proactive and strong communication skills
  • Organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Previous client success experience is a plus
  • Ability to work with different teams and remote team members
  • Ability to understand business needs and identify ways to grow

Responsibilities
  • Develop the Nashville territory
  • Acquire veterinarian (DVM) and hospital users onto the Roo platform
  • Onboard and convert inbound vets/corporate hospitals
  • Ensure successful first 3 shifts for vets/hospitals
  • Strategically target selected vets/hospitals to help platform grow
  • Help fulfill needed relief shifts through vet network knowledge
  • Acquire a set number of high-frequency vet users
  • Work closely with team members to hit acquisition targets
  • Act as an expert on Roo’s platform and product
  • Provide assistance for hospital and vet professional users
  • Ensure hospital and vet users remain actively engaged and happy with Roo platform
  • Proactively address escalated scenarios and resolve user issues
  • Complete any additional Roo work/activities
