Marketing Operations Coordinator

If you are interested in making an impact, then you have come to the right place. We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is detail oriented and can multitask to support our Marketing department as our Marketing Operations Coordinator.

What you will do:

Trade Show Preparation & Logistics

• Prepare and pack trade show materials, including collecting and organizing dies, foil, and other show-specific equipment for each event

• Coordinate product ordering and manage inventory levels to ensure trade show needs are met on schedule

• Track shipping, receiving, and return logistics for trade show materials

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Research and compile information to support marketing department initiatives

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of marketing records and files

• Support other marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed

Facility & Warehouse Support

• Maintain organization of the warehouse and trade show inventory at the IFI facility

• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

? Valid driver's license 

? Must be able to lift 15-30 pounds at times

? May need to travel locally
