Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
  • Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
  • Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor
  • Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts
  • Support a safe work environment and efficient operation
  • Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls
  • Review, Monitor and manage the budget and other business data
  • Ensure that the Operations and Visual team exudes Alo's mission
  • Leads a team through accountability and continuous coaching
  • Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning
  • Oversees the execution of certain deliverables on the Alo Sales and Service Model
  • Collaborates and implement General/Store Manager’s vision
