  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Experience working with Shopify, ecommerce, and/or the post-purchase ecosystem
  • Direct management experience with Sales Development Representatives and/or Account Executives
  • Experience at a startup company
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Collaborative work style and exceptional partnerships with peers in Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Create an energetic sales environment for the team
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market space, players, buyers, pain points, and platform impact
  • Execute effective pipeline campaigns with close alignment with Account Executives and Marketing
  • Monitor SDR and group data and measurements
  • Solicit and provide timely feedback to peers and leadership
  • Embrace and drive adoption of Loop’s standard selling framework and processes
  • Conduct retrospectives on monthly and quarterly SDR performance
  • Act decisively with transparency and make decisions through the lens of Loop’s core values
