  • A Bachelor's Degree in the facilities management discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of operations and maintenance operations and the different systems in large buildings.
  • Experience working in a Reliability-Centered Maintenance program and knowledge of different methods of non-destructive testing.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience in major industrial complex or construction projects working in the quality control/quality assurance department.
  • A minimum of five years of experience working as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Lead.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and enforce the Quality Control Program.
  • Provide a method statement detailing how to set up and run a quality-control/quality-assurance department.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control for the contract and ensure compliant performance.
  • Develop a Quality Control Plan that includes methods to measure, track, analyze, and report performance trends; conduct root-cause analysis of deficiencies; implement corrective actions; and provide follow-up.
  • Maintain inspection documents accessible at any time by the Government and submit quality-control metrics.
  • Provide analyses, including corrective or preventive actions and results, and submit proposed corrective action to bring performance to established metrics and standards.
  • Meet regularly with the Government as necessary and prepare minutes of performance-evaluation meetings.
  • Review and audit quality-control programs annually.
  • Ensure contract quality control and contract performance review.
  • Conduct inspections of all contract functions to ensure compliance with the Statement of Work.
  • Perform customer-feedback analysis to determine the quality level of services provided.
  • Maintain a master policy file and monitor Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Review staff actions to ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan.
  • Act as a liaison between local, state, and federal authorities on quality issues.
  • Perform quality inspections, work with Government quality-control inspectors, write reports, and conduct quality-control analysis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government quality-assurance visits and responses.
