Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience project managing and owning the post-sales implementation
  • Experience in startup to Fortune 50 company employee size
  • Experience in field sales or account management
  • Ability to demonstrate impeccable capability in communication, organization, presentation, emotional intelligence, problem solving, drive, teamwork, and judgment
  • Strong aptitude for using various programs and tools
Responsibilities
  • Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term client relationships
  • Take ownership of strategic planning and progress tracking
  • Coordinate teams at Omada and the client partner to collaborate on and execute technical integrations, business decisions, and marketing campaigns
  • Lead account strategy by developing strategic plans and identify opportunities for growth
  • Communicate value to clients on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices
  • Drive overall customer satisfaction, enrollments, and customer interest in additional products
  • Travel to client sites as needed
