  • Proficiency with Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on BBVA mortgage products and services, identify their needs, and offer personalized solutions.
  • Manage the full mortgage process, from initial prospecting through credit closing.
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio and strategic partnerships, including real estate agents and developers.
  • Conduct financial analyses and evaluate applicants' credit capacity.
  • Meet mortgage-segment placement and profitability targets.
  • Stay current on real estate market trends and banking regulations.
  • Prepare management and commercial activity reports.
  • Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure an integrated customer experience.
