About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, including the ability to create product presentations, explain and articulate ideas, and communicate in business settings.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PLM, and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a record of successful cross-functional project work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop market strategy and product plans by tracking industry trends, defining target markets and product specifications, and planning differentiated product roadmaps to improve competitiveness.
  • Create and execute new-product marketing plans with regional sales teams to increase visibility and market share, and develop solution-adoption strategies for applications such as robotics, traffic monitoring, and industrial inspection.
  • Lead the NPI process from requirements definition and R&D coordination through trial production and launch planning, resolving development and mass-production challenges to deliver products on schedule.
  • Coordinate with R&D, sales, procurement, manufacturing, and overseas subsidiaries to advance projects and achieve objectives.
  • Conduct cost analysis and gross-margin forecasts, maintain supplier relationships, and optimize cost structure and product profitability.
  • Plan market strategy and product specifications for ARM Edge AI Systems, focusing on edge-computing applications that combine visual perception and generative AI across smart manufacturing, smart transportation, and smart cities.
  • Manage products end-to-end from concept definition to launch, collaborate with R&D, sales, and overseas subsidiaries, and expand international markets while improving brand penetration and customer retention.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in embedded-system industry applications, particularly with NVIDIA Jetson.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent project-management qualification.
