The Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The Imaging Software team is seeking an innovative and analytical AI/ML intern to join our team to work on a cutting-edge project aimed at developing an AI-driven hardware health monitoring system. This project will involve analyzing hardware health data, identifying trends, and establishing intelligent thresholds for potential hardware malfunctions. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Engage in the full lifecycle of an AI-driven hardware health monitoring system development.
Analyze and preprocess hardware health data to prepare it for model training.
Develop and train machine learning models to predict hardware health and establish smart thresholds.
Optimize algorithms and integrate the AI system into the existing hardware infrastructure.
Perform thorough testing and validation of the AI system.
Document the development process and present findings and results at the project’s conclusion.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and present technical information effectively.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
