Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate analytical laboratory instrumentation, including implementing established procedures and evaluating the quality of analyses using standards.
- Assist in developing and modifying procedures and standards for laboratory operations involving diverse sample types and research objectives.
- Coordinate daily laboratory operations, including purchasing supplies, maintaining standards, scheduling instrument time, keeping appropriate records, training and supervising students, and ensuring safe practices.
- Organize data and findings for use in technical reports, documents, or oral and written presentations.
