- Experience leading activities in a holiday camp or similar setting is required.
- Experience managing a team is required.
- French must be the candidate's native language, with good proficiency in English.
- The candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

- The candidate must be interested in working with adolescents.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A 2026 criminal-record extract must be provided before an interview.
- Manage activities and entertainment for a language center serving up to 150 students aged 13 to 17 from around the world.
- Organize and supervise daily sports and cultural activities.
- Organize and lead evening activities.
- Assist the center manager with daily tasks.
- Replace the center manager during absences.
- Coordinate a team of activity leaders.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
