Requirements
  • Fully trained technical expert in the world of heat pumps
  • Experience of coaching and/or developing others in a customer-centric environment
  • Ruthless focus on performance development and continuous improvement
  • Passion for bringing to life the benefits of low carbon heating
  • Ability to make accurate decisions with confidence
  • High technical installation experience in heat pumps
Responsibilities
  • Lead on ensuring surveys that pass through to a sales quote are technically viable for installation
  • Continually review and revise the technical check and support process
  • Support the sales team in responding to customer questions
  • Ensure technical rigour is applied at any stage where there is risk in our ability to install
  • Provide outstanding customer service and make it easy for customers to navigate the interest to install pipeline
  • Develop training and support materials to upskill teams and lead small technical projects
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and develop consistent approach to drive performance
  • Be an advocate for low carbon products and the need for decarbonization in the UK domestic housing stock
