TalentNeuron and BCG partner to help companies redesign their workforces for AI.

TalentNeuron and BCG partner to help companies redesign their workforces for AI. Oct 19, 2026, 08:34 ET Partnership combines BCG's transformation expertise with TalentNeuron's workforce intelligence, so leaders can base decisions about AI, cost and skills on how work is changing inside and outside their organizations NEW YORK, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - TalentNeuron and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) today announced a strategic partnership to help organizations make faster, better-evidenced decisions about how AI, cost pressure and changing skill needs will reshape their workforce. The partnership combines BCG's talent, organization and transformation expertise with TalentNeuron's workforce intelligence technologies, including labor market intelligence, skills intelligence and internal talent intelligence. AI is the primary force in an era of massive workforce transformation. BCG Institute research published in April 2026 estimates that over the next two to three years, 50% to 55% of jobs in the US will be reshaped by AI, and that 10% to 15% of jobs in the US could be eliminated over roughly five years. BCG's 2026 AI at Work survey of close to 12,000 frontline employees, managers, and leaders in more than a dozen global markets found that 72% say AI has already considerably changed skills expectations in their roles. The same research shows that strategic clarity from leadership pays big dividends, lifting measurable business impact by 25 percentage points, while better tools without strategy and redesign only move it by about 5 points. Companies therefore need to redesign work and operating models around people rather than just deploying tools. Combining Strategic Expertise with Workforce Intelligence The partnership addresses the questions now on most executive agendas: how AI will change the work each role performs, how to manage workforce cost while protecting the capabilities growth depends on, and which skills to build, hire or automate. Together, BCG and TalentNeuron provide organizations with an informed view of their current and future workforce that is grounded in the external labor market and connected to business outcomes. BCG brings deep expertise in talent, skills and organization design, along with the experience to carry workforce plans through to execution. Its Talent & Skills practice includes an extensive global network of specialists with an established track record of delivering impact for clients across industries. TalentNeuron brings a workforce intelligence and planning platform used by more than 60% of the Fortune 100. The platform connects a company's internal workforce data to more than 25 years of labor market intelligence, covering roughly 2 billion candidate profiles, more than 65,000 skills and about 3 million job postings processed each day in 33 languages. From Insight to Action Working together, the two firms will help clients see how AI will change work at the level of individual tasks and roles, model the cost and capability effects of different scenarios, and decide where to hire, reskill, redeploy or automate. TalentNeuron's platform can remain in place after an engagement, so the workforce plan can be updated as business strategy and labor market conditions evolve. "Most of our clients know AI will change how work gets done. Far fewer can say which roles it will change, by how much, and how their workforce will need to evolve as a result," said Suketu Shah, BCG managing director and senior partner, and global topic leader for talent and skills. "TalentNeuron gives our teams a market-calibrated view of roles and skills, so the workforce decisions we help clients make rest on evidence from the labor market as well as their own data." "Every company now faces hard questions about automation, skills and how its workforce should change under different scenarios. Few have built the capability to answer them, because it takes expertise and technology together, at a scale most organizations don't yet have," said David Wilkins, Chief Executive Officer of TalentNeuron. "BCG brings the judgment to reach clear, defensible answers today. TalentNeuron gives clients the system to continuously update those answers as work and labor market conditions inevitably change over time." About TalentNeuron TalentNeuron is the only solution that drives workforce transformation by unifying internal talent intelligence and external market insight. Over 60% of the Fortune100 are using TalentNeuron to move beyond fragmented talent planning and toward a model where strategic workforce decisions are made through comprehensive analytics, including demand forecasting, automation impact analysis, scenario modeling, and talent optimization. Powered by advanced AI and machine learning, TalentNeuron delivers real-time workforce intelligence across markets representing over 96% of global GDP. With this intelligence, organizations use TalentNeuron to understand labor market and competitor trends, identify current and future skill requirements and gaps, and shape a future-ready workforce. About Boston Consulting Group Boston Consulting Group bridges the gap between ambition and outcomes for the world's leading companies and organizations. We are built for this era of unprecedented change - bringing strategic clarity rooted in over 60 years of deep domain knowledge, combined with applied AI shaped by our practitioners. Caio Iglesias joins Comp as principal data scientist.

Caio Iglesias joins Comp as principal data scientist. Executive joins Comp to develop proprietary artificial intelligence models focused on people management. October 13, 2026 10:02 Comp, a company focused on transforming HR with artificial intelligence, announces the hiring of Caio Iglesias as principal data scientist. The executive will be responsible for building Comp's proprietary AI models for people decisions, such as turnover forecasting, workforce optimization, merit, and several others. Caio comes from Boston Consulting Group (BCG - X division focused on AI projects), where he was a senior AI scientist, and graduated in 2025 from MIT's Master of Business Analytics. At Comp, the professional will develop the company's proprietary artificial intelligence models focused on people management, including tools to forecast turnover, optimize team sizing, and support decisions about salary increases. "Caio joins to develop Comp's AI models focused on people management, ranging from turnover forecasting to support for merit decisions. The goal is to expand the available tools so that HR leaders can make data-based decisions," says Pedro Bobrow, co-founder and CHRO of Comp, in a statement. At MIT, Caio went on to receive both graduation awards, the Academic Achievement Award, given for the best academic performance in his class, and the Excellence in Research Award. As a research assistant to Professor Dimitris Bertsimas, he published two papers in Transactions on Machine Learning Research (TMLR), one on a more interpretable machine learning model and another on optimization under scenarios of uncertainty. Before MIT, Caio graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, with a double degree from CentraleSupélec, in Paris. While still an undergraduate, he was co-founder and CTO of Salut, an app that connected bars and restaurants in São Paulo with customers, and interned at Wildlife Studios and the French startup In The Memory. After that, he remained at BCG X as a senior AI scientist. "I spent the last years researching interpretable models and decision-making under uncertainty. People management has both things: the HR leader needs to understand why the model recommends a raise or points to a risk of departure, and needs to decide with imperfect data. I came to Comp to build these models from scratch, with access to those who make decisions every day," says Caio. Startups is part of the routine of more than 30,000 decision-makers. BCG's Future 120 list shows AI adoption, not industry, drives sustainable growth

Boston Consulting Group and Fortune have expanded their annual Future list from 50 to 120 companies, identifying firms with long-term growth potential based on "vitality" — the capacity to generate growth from within. The ranking analysed over 10 million data points across more than 3,000 companies. Since 2017, Future companies have outperformed the MSCI World Index by 0.6 percentage points annually. Tech and software dominate, with 69 of 120 companies in those sectors. The US accounts for 70% of the list, followed by China at 9% and Europe at 8%. Roughly 90% of ranked firms sit in the top quartile for AI skills and adoption. Nine Fortune 500 companies made the list, including Nvidia, Apple, Oracle and Tesla, proving large firms can maintain vitality by staying ambitious and reinventing themselves.

Johannesburg's Pride of Africa Month 2026 blends culture and activism.

Johannesburg's Pride of Africa Month 2026 blends culture and activism. Pride of Africa is marking October with a month-long programme of events designed to bring Johannesburg's LGBTQ+ community and its allies together through culture, entertainment, dialogue and creative expression. 2 Oct 2026 Running throughout October, Pride of Africa Month 2026 combines social events with an empowerment summit and the return of The Queer Met, culminating in Johannesburg Pride March on 31 October. The programme is built around connection and visibility, with each event offering a different way for the community to engage, from rooftop cocktails and an inner-city party to conversations around leadership, inclusion and opportunity. Kicking off Pride Month. The programme begins on 3 October with Pride of Africa x Rush: Pride Month Kickoff at Level 3. Starting at 6pm, the event will bring guests together for a rooftop cocktail experience intended to provide a social space for reconnecting and meeting new people. The opening event sets the tone for the month, with Pride of Africa positioning the programme as an opportunity for community members and allies to celebrate together. On 10 October, the celebration moves into Johannesburg's inner city for the SECRT Venue All-White Party at Carvo Lounge. Running from 12:00 until late, the event will combine fashion, music and socialising, with the all-white dress code forming part of the experience. Empowerment takes centre stage. The Pride of Africa Empowerment Summit on 16 October shifts the focus from celebration to dialogue, with discussions centred on the lives, ambitions and opportunities of LGBTQ+ people, particularly young people. The summit will explore issues including identity, inclusion and leadership, as well as barriers affecting participation in society and the workplace. The event aims to provide a platform for participants to exchange experiences, build networks and consider how their voices and potential can translate into opportunities beyond Pride Month. The month's creative focus continues on 24 October with the return of The Queer Met, themed African Archives for 2026. Positioned as a networking event for influencers, creatives and community leaders, the evening will combine a tasting menu with fashion, performance and storytelling. An exhibition runway will showcase emerging queer designers, while music and spoken-word performances will add further creative perspectives to the evening. The theme places African queer experiences and creative expression at the centre of the event, creating a platform for stories, talent and cultural heritage to be shared. Pride Month culminates in Johannesburg. The programme concludes on 31 October with Pride of Africa Day and the Johannesburg Pride March. The event is being co-hosted by the City of Joburg, in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, BCG, Wilson, Google, Ernst & Young and Baker McKenzie, alongside beverage partner Heineken. Further details on the Pride of Africa Day programme and Johannesburg Pride March are expected to be announced in a separate release. Together, the October programme positions Pride of Africa Month as more than a series of social events, combining celebration with conversations around representation, empowerment and the continued visibility of Johannesburg's LGBTQ+ community.
