At Acelero Learning Delaware, we’re transforming early childhood education—and we’re looking for a caring, reliable, and passionate Teacher Aide to support our mission. As a Teacher Aide, you’ll play a vital role in assisting teachers and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Teacher Aide, you will:

• Support teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children.

• Assist with daily routines including meals, health checks, playtime, and smooth transitions throughout the day.

• Engage with children in hands-on activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom setting.

• Partner with teachers and families to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth.

• Collaborative and dependable, with a positive and flexible attitude.

• Able to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

• Reflective and eager to learn new strategies in early childhood education.

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CDA or college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• Experience working with young children in a classroom, childcare, or similar setting.

• Must pass a physical exam and background check.

• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with children throughout the day.
