- Hands-on expertise with Chef and Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Infrastructure provisioning and orchestration experience at scale.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills across Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Expand configuration management and automation coverage across an environment of more than 2,000 servers.
- Develop infrastructure provisioning and automation to reduce manual operational work.
- Identify manual, repeatable operational tasks and convert them into automated workflows.
- Exposure to Azure infrastructure-as-code tooling, including ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Experience integrating automation workflows with monitoring platforms such as Datadog or Prometheus.
- Experience automating VMware provisioning and lifecycle tasks.
- Experience operating in large-scale environments with more than 2,000 virtual servers.
- Familiarity with branching strategies and pull-request-based code review workflows.
