  • 10+ years of equivalent experience in Consulting Or as a Partner/Manager/GTM Manager/Sales Leader within the SaaS industry
  • Experience and expertise in consulting and understanding value propositions
  • Results driven, financial acumen and business management skills
  • Deep understanding of Industry customers' needs
  • The ability to empower a team and individuals to work to and achieve monthly and quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CLARI, and other sales systems
  • Willingness to travel at least 30%
  • Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Global & Regional Partner leaders, Program Managers, and Sr. Partner Account Managers
  • Work as a part of the Unity Industry cross-functional leadership team to drive programs to integrate Partners into all elements of Unity customer engagements
  • Develop scalable partner strategies across all areas of the ecosystem
  • Oversee partner bookings, revenue, and partner forecast
  • Develop market and sales play strategy
  • Position and advocate partner’s capabilities across internal stakeholders
