- Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
- Lead a crew of hourly workers on a project site and manage safety, planning, production, and performance of directed construction tasks.
- Coordinate onsite labor activities, materials, and equipment, and request materials needed for the scope of work.
- Support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and subcontractors.
- Understand the daily production schedule and adjust work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
