What you'll achieve at Web Summit

You'll run day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, LinkedIn and Google, using your own read of the data to influence direction as you go.

You'll turn data into something worth pitching: producing reports is the baseline, sparking the team's next move is the job.

You'll partner with Growth, Marketing Analytics, Creative, and our Startup and Partner teams to build integrated campaigns and consistent messaging across every attendee type.

You'll bring a customer lens to every test and decision, using data to explain not just what happened, but why, and what it means for the person on the other end.

You'll help build the testing agenda across creative, targeting and bidding, pitching ideas to the team and showcasing the results.

You'll be listened to. Good ideas get airtime here regardless of who they come from.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of performance marketing experience 

You’re genuinely data-centric. You reach for the numbers before the opinion, and you know the difference between a metric and an insight.

You’re customer-led by instinct. You weigh decisions through the customer's eyes, not just the channel's.

You’ll regularly pull and aggregate raw campaign data across multiple platforms, transforming high-volume report exports into clean, actionable dashboards and analysis.

You have a career focused on paid media management and content marketing.

You're not just an advertiser; you're a driven and creative individual in general.

You’re naturally curious and want to experiment with new ideas all the time.

You’re inspired by technology and innovation; you can spot trends and keep up-to-date with the latest ideas in tech and marketing.

Skills and abilities we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or relevant experience.

Deep working knowledge of Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads, with relevant experience in other paid social or emerging platforms (TikTok and similar).

Experience in B2B or lead-generation marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable results, using data to inform decisions and make an impact 

Strong grasp of funnel metrics beyond CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and how they connect back to the business.

Experience in or exposure to the tech sector is a strong advantage; you understand how a business like this one moves.

A motivated strategic thinker who appreciates the high degree of autonomy and responsibility but works really well in a team.

Native or near-native fluency in English, both written and spoken (fluency in other languages is an advantage)
