  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience

  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with relevant experience in other paid social channels
  • Proven experience in lead generation, with a track record of building and optimising campaigns that drive high-quality inbound interest
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable results, using data to inform decisions and drive performance across the funnel
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics beyond top-line indicators like CTR, with the ability to interpret and act on insights that reflect true marketing effectiveness
  • A motivated strategic thinker who appreciates the high degree of autonomy and responsibility but works really well in a team
  • A desire to be part of a fast and varied business environment where flexibility is a must and direction can change very quickly
  • A passion and curiosity for the tech world, as well as digital and social media marketing
  • Native or near-native fluency in English, both written and spoken (fluency in other languages is an advantage)
Responsibilities
  • You’ll be driving traffic and conversions through advertising on our paid media channels, with a strong focus on Meta, LinkedIn and Google
  • You’ll analyse data, produce reports and optimise campaigns accordingly
  • You’ll collaborate with the Data Science team to create and implement new and disruptive solutions to advertising
  • You’ll collaborate with the Growth and Email Marketing teams, integrating campaign strategies to deliver consistent messaging to our customers across the globe
  • You’ll also work alongside our startup and partner teams to plan and implement campaign strategies across all attendee types
  • You’ll discover the importance of A/B testing and how it influences the decisions made by the entire team
