Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact between Public Schools Transportation Division and Zum services
  • Communicate with parents regarding bus routes, schedules, and service disruptions
  • Coordinate with school administrators to address transportation needs
  • Handle complaints and feedback from parents professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist in coordinating special events requiring transportation services
  • Provide support during emergencies or incidents involving buses
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and transportation regulations
