  • Experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology or a closely related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience required

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance program to prevent equipment failures. Operate mobile equipment as needed.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and minimize downtime for: Manufacturing and support, electro-mechanical, and furnace combustion systems
  • Programmable Logic Control, Human Machine Interface systems, and their companion controls
  • Electrical power distribution system, including the facility’s production equipment electrical system
  • AC and DC motors and drive systems
  • Read and understand systems drawings.
  • Understand the plant lubrication system and the pipe, hydraulic, pumping, and pneumatic systems, and assist Mechanics as needed.
  • Test equipment prior to Production Operator use to ensure proper and safe operation.
  • Follow safety procedures, including wearing PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.

Carpenter Technology Corp reported fiscal second-quarter profit of $105.3 million, or $2.33 per share when adjusted.
