  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related degree
  • Proficient computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office, design program such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canvas, or Publisher
  • Ability to skillfully multitask

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan for HR recruiting and communication goals
  • Create content and advertisements for recruiting and onboarding
  • Post announcements and plant communications
  • Facilitate and participate in company events and morale activities
  • Support the interviewing and hiring process for various roles
  • Assist in new hire orientation and data entry in HRIS
  • Keep personnel, medical, and training files up-to-date
  • Provide customer service to all associates
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Complete projects and tasks as assigned
  • Provide assistance to support the HR Team and Butler Operations
