Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Related experience or working knowledge in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, retail or wholesale would be considered an asset.
  • Must be proficient in excel and/or google sheets.
  • Data analytics and report automation
  • E-commerce and Amazon experience is an asset
  • ERP management experience is an asset.
  • Familiar with Supply Chain activities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track inventory levels, and ensure timely and precise order processing.
Responsibilities
  • Support the team in daily operational tasks, ensuring timelines and targets are met.
  • Assist with tactical approaches for process improvements within the supply chain and order fulfillment functions.
  • Serve as a backup for both our Supply Chain team and Order Fulfillment team, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and assist in reporting to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
