Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in accounting or finance, 2 -5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with clients and across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel and aptitude for learning new software.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the accounting for multiple affiliated legal entities, including journal entries, reconciliations and daily banking procedures
  • Assist in the process for annual audits of company financials and 401K plan.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, payroll liability accounts, and other balance sheet accounts
  • Verify and coordinate credit card coding, processing and reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned. May also be required to perform higher level accounting such as journal entries, financial analysis, and management reports.
