  • 7+ years in a highly analytical role: strategy and operations, operations, or management consulting with regulatory or public sector experience preferred
  • Some experience navigating large data sets and SQL
  • Direct management experience & high-growth startup experience is preferred
  • Track and develop DailyPay’s regulatory strategies in response to developing laws with primary focus on US then International
  • Monitor ongoing regulatory, legislative and compliance efforts to ensure DailyPay business efforts continue to stay ahead of market developments
  • Advise on and develop data-driven strategies to help Policy team advocate for policies related to DailyPay’s business priorities
  • Support the execution of a strategic public policy engagement plan to drive forward business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional cadences and stakeholders in operationalizing responses to regulatory changes, partnering with product, legal, PMM, compliance, and GTM teams to strategize, implement and manage new operating models
  • Partner with Product to scope, validate, build, and operationalize product and operating model changes
