  • At least 5 years of experience in a market research agency or consulting firm
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of direct reports, providing supervision, leadership, and motivation
  • Ensure work meets client and industry expectations
  • Guide employees in preparing reports that tell a 'story'
  • Provide project direction and support to junior team members
  • Ensure all projects are staffed appropriately and delivered on time
  • Shape and scale the direction of the Consulting offering
  • Liaise across the Consulting team and other departments
  • Facilitate strong relationships with client contacts
  • Create and deliver presentations focused on actionable business recommendations
