About the job
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with full-scope polygraph.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience, or a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts in software engineering.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and debugging applications software.
- Experience with systems-level programming, including compilers, assemblers, or operating systems.
- A strong background using mathematical models and scientific analysis for software design.
- Conduct research in the design, development, testing, and utilization of electronic data processing software.
- Design and develop applications software and systems that integrate complex logical and mathematical solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware engineers and equipment designers, to plan and utilize data processing systems.
- Analyze user needs and system capabilities to resolve technical problems related to program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
- Design and develop low-level system components, including compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
- Prepare detailed operating instructions and ensure all software standards are met.
- Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility within established time and cost constraints.
- Consult with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to obtain information on project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces.
- Apply scientific analysis and mathematical models to modify software systems and predict design consequences.
- Coordinate software system installations and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications and performance standards are met.
- Independently determine and develop approaches to technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems.
- Experience using GitLab for version control and Jira for project management.
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud-based data processing environments.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of C, C++, or Python in a scientific or systems context.
- Prior experience supporting government or Department of Defense software projects.

This acquisition will combine Mannakee's expertise with Redhorse's AI/ML capabilities to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions. Mannakee's leadership will continue to drive growth within Redhorse's National Security portfolio.
In a related development, Redhorse announced the promotion of Noah Klemm from chief delivery officer to president, effective immediately.
Redhorse has expanded the leadership team within its national security practice with the appointment of Michael Rauseo as vice president of national security growth and Lance Orr as VP of national security operations.
Matthew Dost, formerly general counsel and director of contracts at Allied Associates International, has been named general counsel and vice president of compliance at Redhorse.
