The Opportunity
We are seeking a Paver Operator or Screedman to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil projects across the region.
As a Paver Operator, you’ll play a key role by operating paving machines, ensuring the quality and smoothness of asphalt surfaces. You’ll work hands-on with a skilled crew in the field, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tackling big challenges, and being part of projects that shape communities.
Although we are a union affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite.
Your Key Responsibilities

Union hourly rate: $34.00–$41.00 per hour.
