  • Analyze campaign results, optimizing in real time using AI-driven insights.
  • Design and implement AI tools to deliver hyper-personalized content to our customers across email, SMS, and digital ads.
  • Build recommendation engines to suggest the perfect products and experiences for each dog based on their individual preferences and behaviors.
  • Utilize AI algorithms to mine customer data for insights that shape marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure continuous learning and improvement by analyzing the performance of AI tools and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to enhance the use of AI across marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, and technology to align on marketing strategies and AI implementation.
  • Present AI marketing strategies, campaign performance, and innovation opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Act as a key advocate for AI and data-driven marketing across the organization.
  • Oversee the use of AI in enhancing BARK’s digital presence, from website personalization to optimizing paid media efforts.
  • Implement AI-driven content strategies to improve our online visibility, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
