  • Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and other legal documents, in English and German.
  • Business fluency in German, with the ability to advise, negotiate, and draft in German; this is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Project-management skills to manage a high volume of contracts and contribute to strategic legal initiatives.
  • Capability to conduct legal research and translate findings into clear, practical advice for internal stakeholders.
  • Time-management and organizational skills to prioritize competing deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to advise independently on straightforward matters and collaborate with senior counsel on complex matters within a fast-paced, cross-border team.

  • Respond to day-to-day legal queries from commercial, finance, and operational stakeholders, explain legal concepts in clear business language, and route matters requiring senior input to the appropriate lawyer.
  • Research statutes, regulations, case law, and industry guidance relevant to ongoing matters; identify risks and key developments and prepare structured advice for stakeholders and senior counsel, including issue framing, citations, and practical business implications.
  • Identify improvements to contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks, and propose process improvements to reduce turnaround time and improve consistency across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory registers across multiple jurisdictions; prepare routine resolutions and filings, organize board materials, and ensure governance documents are accurate, current, and properly stored.
  • Assist with annual compliance tasks under attorney supervision.
  • Respond to KYC and due-diligence requests by preparing corporate information packs, coordinating cross-functional input, and ensuring accurate, timely submissions.
