Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or enterprise sales; high-growth B2B startup or tech experience is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Discover and drive performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for it to scale
  • Improve sales productivity by building internal collateral to equip sales teams during external facing deals
  • Elevate sales teams to becoming world class deal makers through continuous training & improving ramp time for newly hired reps
  • Work with the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations for Doordash for Business to implement and deliver enablement programs that improve the performance of our different sales team
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Strategy & Operations teams to align Sales training, related content, and initiatives
  • Develop & maintain a repository of shared content/sales collateral to assure sales teams have
  • Create and deliver onboarding and continuous learning curriculum that increases the sales team’s effectiveness
  • Identify metrics to quantify impact and efficacy of enablement programs, special events, and sales tools and resources
  • Coordinate and manage recurring sales enablement events, including quarterly sales gatherings, new hire onboarding, and annual/semi-annual sales kick offs
