Responsibilities
  • Contribute to integrated marketing teams, including social media, content creation, and demand generation.
  • Draft social media posts and collaborate with team members to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with client objectives.
  • Assist in developing design briefs for social media and digital advertising assets.
  • Monitor social media platforms daily, identifying areas for improvement and making proactive suggestions.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, tracking key metrics and providing insights into campaign effectiveness.
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Engage with online communities, managing social media activity and responding to comments based on agreed escalation plans and guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and share recommendations with the team on how to adapt strategies.
  • Provide recommendations on campaign optimization and effectiveness.
