CMiC

Construction-focused finance and project management software

CMiC provides complete, unified software for construction and capital projects firms, focused on Financials and Project Management. Its product combines planning and management of all financials, projects, resources, and content assets in a Single Database Platform, enabling users to operate from one integrated system rather than multiple tools. The software handles budgeting, scheduling, procurement, accounting, and project controls, with modules that work together to improve collaboration and visibility across the project lifecycle. CMiC stands out by serving a large installed base—including a significant share of ENR Top 400 contractors and hundreds of mid-sized firms—and by delivering an end-to-end platform on a single database, which reduces data silos and streamlines decision making. The goal is to help construction and capital projects firms boost productivity, lower risk, and grow revenue by tightly coordinating financials, project delivery, resources, and content.
