The chain differentiates itself by its emphasis on a large variety of affordable dumplings and noodles, a Bao Buddies program for dumpling classes and cultural education, and plans to launch retail products like frozen dumplings and sauces. Its goal is to expand its West Coast presence and enter Texas while bringing accessible, shareable Chinese eats to more diners and building community engagement.
