Requirements
  • A good to very good Abitur or Fachabitur qualification is required, together with interest in information technology and business topics.
  • Reliability, initiative, and ability to work in a team are required.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics are required.
Responsibilities
  • Complete the 3.5-year dual study program by alternating between Hochschule Darmstadt's Cooperative Computer Science program and the Wiesbaden campus.
  • Apply academic knowledge directly during fixed theory and practical training blocks.
  • Develop knowledge and skills in an assigned IT team and technical focus, such as application development, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
  • Participate in agile IT projects from the beginning, learn modern methods and ways of working, and gradually assume responsibility.
  • Work with a personal mentor from a previous cohort for support with the dual study program and daily work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Initial knowledge of Microsoft Office, Python, C++, or Java is desirable but not required.
