  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work effectively across a large, matrixed organization.
Responsibilities

  • Build and execute account-level success plans with defined utilization targets, clinical adoption milestones, and renewal timelines.
  • Continuously monitor utilization data, identify accounts trending toward under-use or risk, and drive corrective action well ahead of renewal.
  • Deliver year-over-year renewal performance and grow clinical utilization within existing accounts through more indications, more referring clinicians, and more scans analyzed.
  • Run structured business reviews that connect icobrain output to the customer's clinical and operational goals.
  • Perform manual quality control reviews on all new customer implementations to confirm that image acquisition protocols, data flow, and report output meet icobrain specifications from day one.
  • Perform targeted quality control on designated icobrain modules and workflows for existing customers, identifying protocol drift, acquisition issues, or integration faults that degrade result quality.
  • Document quality control findings, drive remediation with the customer and internal teams, and feed recurring issues back to product and engineering to improve the working model.
  • Refine and standardize quality control methodology and documentation as volume grows, and train others on the process.
  • Operate a repeatable process that keeps assigned accounts visible to the organization, including current status, utilization trends, open issues, risk level, and renewal outlook, for sales, service, and leadership.
  • Partner with the GE HealthCare–icometrix sales team on renewals, expansion opportunities, and account transitions from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Coordinate across GE HealthCare support functions, including technical support, field service, clinical applications, IT/integration, regulatory, and marketing, to resolve customer issues and remove adoption barriers.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by escalating clearly and advocating for fixes and enhancements with evidence.
  • Set the standard for customer engagement quality and mentor other customer success team members on playbooks, quality control execution, and escalation handling.
  • Contribute to building scalable function infrastructure, including onboarding templates, health-scoring criteria, quality control checklists, and reporting cadence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct neuroimaging experience, including brain MRI acquisition, protocol optimization, or quantitative neuroimaging analysis.
  • Clinical or technical credentials such as RT(R)(MR), radiologic technologist, MR physicist, or a neuroscience/neurology background.
  • Working familiarity with multiple sclerosis, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, ARIA monitoring in the context of amyloid-targeting therapy, epilepsy, or traumatic brain injury imaging workflows.
  • Experience with DICOM, PACS integration, and clinical data workflows.
  • Experience introducing AI or quantitative imaging software into clinical practice, including change management with skeptical clinical users.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tooling for health scoring and portfolio reporting.

AsiaMedic first in ASEAN to deploy GE HealthCare's MR31 deep learning MRI platform

AsiaMedic has become the first site in ASEAN to implement MR31, GE HealthCare's latest generation MRI platform featuring deep learning technology. The Singapore-based imaging centre is among the earliest adopters in Asia Pacific. MR31 incorporates deep learning technologies that reduce scan times and enable detailed examinations across neurological, musculoskeletal and nerve imaging. Sonic DL for 3D delivers up to 12 times scan acceleration, reducing examination times across brain, spine, orthopaedic and body scans. The platform also supports high-quality prostate MRI imaging. AIR Recon DL Phase Correction provides improved visualisation of clinically significant lesions, whilst high-resolution T2-weighted imaging aids lesion localisation for prostate fusion biopsy planning. Shorter scan times mean reduced patient time in scanners and may help decrease repeat examinations caused by movement.

GE HealthCare launches AI tool to forecast hospital capacity bottlenecks 72 hours ahead

GE HealthCare has launched CareIntellect for Operations, an AI-powered software application that helps health systems forecast capacity constraints up to 72 hours ahead. The solution analyses hundreds of patient and operational data points to predict bottlenecks and recommend actions to optimise capacity and throughput. The Queen's Health Systems and Duke Health will be the first to implement the application. It uses two proprietary AI models: the Pressure Forecast model, which predicts resource constraints across hospitals and departments, and the Estimated Day of Discharge model, which predicts when patients will be discharged. The tool addresses operational challenges as US inpatient volumes rose 5.3% in 2025, requiring health systems to manage increased demand whilst facing staffing shortages and rising costs.

GE HealthCare secures CE mark for Photonova Spectra photon-counting CT system

GE HealthCare has received CE mark approval for its Photonova Spectra photon-counting computed tomography system, enabling commercial sales in markets recognising CE marking. The clearance follows US Food and Drug Administration approval and Japanese regulatory clearance in March 2026. The system uses GE HealthCare's Deep Silicon detector technology to deliver ultra-high definition spectral and spatial imaging. It processes data volumes up to 50 times greater than conventional CT systems, utilising Nvidia's accelerated computing platform. Clinical collaborations are underway at UZ Brussel in Belgium and Rigshospitalet in Denmark to evaluate the system across cardiology, neurology, oncology and musculoskeletal imaging. The CE mark follows more than $5 billion in innovation investment by GE HealthCare.

Vertex Pharmaceuticals shows promise while GE HealthCare and Wells Fargo face challenges

Vertex Pharmaceuticals has emerged as a standout S&P 500 stock, according to StockStory's analysis. The company, which focuses on developing transformative medicines for serious diseases including cystic fibrosis and sickle cell disease, boasts a market capitalisation of $137.3 billion. Meanwhile, StockStory recommends avoiding two large-cap stocks. GE HealthCare, spun off from General Electric in 2023, faces concerns over stagnant organic revenue growth and declining operating margins. The medical equipment provider has a market cap of $32.4 billion. Wells Fargo also made the avoid list. The diversified financial services company, with a $262.2 billion market cap, has seen its net interest margin shrink by 33.6 basis points over two years, suggesting increased competition or declining loan profitability.
