Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes and treat each patient through the full plan of care.
  • Set personal availability; Luna matches the therapist with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive, averaging 12 minutes.
  • Complete documentation in 3–5 minutes using the Luna app; OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork is not required.
  • Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
  • Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app as part of the integrated care experience.
