We are looking for an authentic and driven Bar Back (Part-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Your main duties and responsibilities will be keeping the bar stocked, clean and running smoothly - restocking ice, glassware, Beers, Wines and Spirits, prepping garnishes and supporting our Bartenders so they can focus on creating unique and exciting cocktails for our guests. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!

So, we are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work 16 hours per week across a variety of shifts (weekend and evening availability essential) 
• Experience working within a busy Restaurant, Bar or Hotel is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience! 
• Energy for a hands-on, fast-paced role, with a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation 
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
• A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day.
