Responsibilities
Manage multiple recruitment openings from start to finish by prioritizing hiring needs, tracking progress, maintaining accurate candidate and position information, and advancing recruitment efforts toward successful hires.
Source, attract, and engage candidates through job postings, résumé and application review, proactive outreach, phone screening, community networking, career fairs, colleges, workforce centers, and other recruitment strategies.
Partner with hiring leaders and Human Resources to identify strong candidates, coordinate discovery conversations, provide follow-up throughout the hiring process, and support effective candidate-to-position matching.
Build and maintain community partnerships by representing the company at outreach events, career fairs, conferences, and other community opportunities, while developing relationships with organizations and employment partners.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Services, Marketing, and People Supported to promote employment opportunities, strengthen recruitment strategies, and ensure candidates understand the organization's mission, vision, core values, and work.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in human services, preferably at least one year.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Human Services is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws is preferred.

Salary: $59,000-75,000 Annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm; This is a hybrid role with time spent working in the office and in the community several times each week. Some local travel will be required for recruiting events, community outreach, and hiring needs.
Your day-to-day work may include:

Job Qualifications:
3-5 years of recruiting experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment
Experience working in human services (1+ years preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Human Services is preferred
