Role Description

Aiswift is looking for a Payroll Apprentice to join our office in Rio de Janeiro.

The Payroll Apprentice will be responsible for providing support to the internal Payroll team.

Principle Accountabilities

Assist with payroll processing and the calculation of labor charges and statutory deductions.
Review, validate, and control timesheets and attendance records.
Enter and verify benefits, deductions, allowances, and additional payments.
Maintain and update information in spreadsheets and systems.
Organize and manage documents related to Personnel Department processes.
Prepare and monitor internal controls and reports.
Audit documents and information to ensure data consistency prior to payroll processing.
Prepare, review, and submit documentation and reports to clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Provide customer service and support to expatriates, addressing questions related to payroll, timekeeping, and other Personnel Department processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Advanced English level
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Strong attention to details
Strong organizational skills
